Just to save everyone a little money – and I don’t receive kickbacks or anything from them – you might want to check out Zooba. Kris and I are HUGE Zooba fans.Â
They are a whole different kind of book club – no selections of the month and flat pricing. You make your own book list.Â
Anyhow, I HIGHLY recommend them, and I checked – the first book is available through them.

I like http://www.half.com too. It’s a great source for used books.
Checked out Zooba, I’m going to be so broke.
LIBRARY, sweetie. For us poor folks.
Well, that would be a good idea except:
Working mom – every minute of my life is scheduled. Even the reading time.
Memory – my track record with returning books, frankly, sucks. Trust me, it is a public service for me NOT to use Libraries.
Since I don’t go out to movies, and rarely eat in restaurants, it IS my entertainment expenditure.
One cool thing about the library now, you can go online, select your books, select where you want to pick them up and just run in and get them. It saves time and keeps me focused.
I can relate to the returning things… thing. I actually put book deadlines in my morning show schedule — so I get a three day reminder. Thank God for electronica.
