"Problems cannot be solved at the same level of awareness that created them." – Albert Einstein

But I have had several of my more MySpace-addicted friends indicate to me that they really miss the auto-notifications that MySpace sends out when a blog is updated.  While most of you know my generally low opinion and eye-searing avoidance of MySpace, I will have to say, it is one of their more useful auto-features.

I am working on installing a subscription function to My Level of Awareness, which will email you a notice from the site when I update.  The installation, while not mind-bogglingly complex, takes a bit of tweaking, which my workload (gotta bring home the bacon) just isn’t allowing me the slack time to deal with.

In the meantime, I will direct your attention to the handy-dandy little “Bloglines” subcription button in the lowermost section of the sidebar. The button should now be visible in all but the Vermilion Christmas, Classic and Default profiles.  If you are using one of these, switch to another profile to see it.  Click the button.  Go forth and subscribe.

If you read a lot of blogs during the day (by lot, I mean probably more than five), you really should check into Bloglines.  It’s one-stop shopping for Blog reading, as long as your Blog supports RSS feeds.

Oh, what, MySpace doesn’t support RSS?

Too Bad.
